Flush Cache Tool

Hi,

When using the tool in a language other than English (EN) the tool does not load as it tries to load Google's internal tool at Google Corp domain:

• https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/cache?hl=en
• https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/cache?hl=es
