Hello,
yesterday I setup my computer to use GOOGLE DNS, and I start to setup
google apps for my domain and when I try to change CNAME value for
MAIL.domain.xx was impossible to view the webmail login page.
After some hours of test... I changed DNS on my computer with the
"default" ISP, webmail login page (mail.domain.xx) work fine!
Do you have the same problems? Some ideas?

Have you correctly pointed your mail.domain.xx to ghs.google.com?
(Depending on your DNS used for hosting your domain you may have to
point to ghs.google.com. - don't forget the trailing dot)
At least from my test sites, ghs.google.com resolves just fine,
independent from which DNS is used for resolving.

Yes I pointed to ghs.google.com with and without dot, and also to
ghs.l.google.com
