The nameservers 41.213.123.[39,40] are timing out queries from us. Please ask the nameserver owner to unblock Google Public DNS: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/faq#locations

You confirmed that your nameserver can reach Google Public DNS. However, that does not mean the opposite route works. When I try a query from our resolvers to these two nameservers, it still times out. Could you check if your nameservers have received queries from Google Public DNS? If not, they may be dropped in another part of your network.

Non of the Public DNS servers are resolving your domain. Seems issue is that your DNS is not allowing queries as mentioned by Mr.Shen. Please contact your DNS admin
