Problem of Propagation new Domain

I have register new domain omnia4web.app but if i use Public Google DNS don't solve of ip address, 

i have to DNS Server managed with PowerDNS one master and other slave with other 100 domain thats works correctly 

can you help me

Hello!

DNS records take time to propage. This is because the record starts at the DNS server that "hosts" the TLD (.app in your case) and ends up getting picked up by DNS servers further down the chain (a process known as DNS recursion).

Just give it some time (up to 48 hours) and it should work. (Also fix your SSL certificate before that happens because it's broken).
