I cannot use public DNS flush for any domain, it gives me the error after it proceeds 'flushing': Unexpected error! Please submit us an issue.

However.. this bug tracker URL, just like its indicated to be the proper bugtracker on FAQ documentation - It doesn't allow me or anyone to submit a new bug report.
Issues list: ''READ-ONLY: This project is being migrated, and will be temporarily read-only..''

There is no 'new issue' button, so Google public DNS currently doesn't have a working bugtracker, is that correct?

Regardless if a bug report can be created or not, I'm stuck with this issue, unable to flush DNS. Can someone enlighten me on the possible problem?
Are other users here also unable to flush public DNS cache? I've tried with several unrelated domains, with A, AAA, and SRV, for how it looks now nothing will work today.

Last week I flushed alot without issue. I'm accessing the flush page from The Netherlands.
