I recently changed my hosting from a free one to Godaddy but my DNS still points to the old ip

I use google DNS in my router. Rest of the world is accessing the new website fine but only me and my neighbors who use a particular ISP is having this problem. I tried clearing cache, repair, router reboot etc but not able to access the new site. in VPN I am able to. Please help.

Google DNS still shows the old host's ip address , it should have been the godaddy's one

Hi. Sorry for the late response. A name server change may take up to 24 hours to propagate to all of our resolvers. I can see that neilghosh.com/a returns 118.139.170.1 to all locations by Google Public DNS. Its name server is correctly shown as {ns05,ns06}.domaincontrol.com, which I believe is GoDaddy.

Thanks
Yunhong
