Google Public Dns returns wrong cdn ip randomly

Hi,  

My ip is in Japan and when I use Google Public Dns, it returns wrong cdn in many diffirent regions.

Gmail use CDN in Vietnam ,  google&youtube in Hongkong, googlevideo in India and sometimes in US.
