Google DNS and Outlook

Hello Goodnight.
I wanted to consult you because Google's dns resolution always sends me to Chile (SCL-efz.ms-acdc.office.com) when I want to enter outlook.live.com or my company's office 365 user. My location is Buenos Aires, so the ideal resolution, which has half the latency of Chile, would be Brazil Campinias (CPQ-efz.ms-acdc.office.com).
Is there any way to remedy this?
