dns cache clear recaptcha failure

I enter the recaptcha correctly multiple times, but it still does not clear the dns cache. each time it gives an error message about recaptcha failure

I'm sorry about the inconvenience. I am working with our reCAPTURE team on it. At the same time, please let us know which DNS records you want to flush and we will flush it for you.
