Incorrect IP address for one of the name servers "fire.alliedworld.com" is configured in the parent zone (com.).

Same problem happened again. I guess you need to figure out why the parent zone name server keeps getting incorrect update for your zone.

While that change did seem to fix the problem for a while, it's now back again. www.smarttechiq.com will once again not resolve from 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. It works from Level 3, Verizon and Cablevision DNS servers.
