Where are you? (Sometimes problems are location-specific.) What do the
commands mentioned at:

Also: Are you seeing this intermittently, or consistently? (Most of
the user reports for this name seem to be describing occasional
failures. This name has a time-to-live of only thirty seconds, so it's
a name you'll query a lot if you're visiting that site.)
