DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN on certain website

I need to use an online banking website yet I couldn't access using Google DNS. Said website hostname is 'www.pbebank.com'. 

Yet when I cancel custom DNS and revert back to my ISP DNS, I was able to access it again. 

I encountered this problem for a few months now even at the time of this post. My location is at Malaysia.

There's no problem with the DNS resolution as you can check here: https://dns.google.com/query?name=pbebank.com. I think there's an issue with the server of pbebank you are trying to connect to.
