The problem is geo related. From most of our resolver locations, their name servers do not respond to the query (timeout). It may be a firewall or network issue.

My ISP or other public DNS servers do not seem to have the same problem:

This is a different problem. The nameserver for dadswell.com.au is ns{1,2}.smartydns14.com, which are not resolvable.
