Good dns unable to to resolve domain

HI Guys wonder if anyone can shead any light on this please.

We have a few domains hosted with Entrydns and user their name servers. Google dns is unable to resolve. I've spoken with EntryDns who inform me that their service is running perfectly, and they was unable to replicate the issue.

Other services was able to like opendns for example.

This is the error we seam to be getting;
