I have my TTL set at 3600s.

Google DNS has not updated results for the past 12 hours.

Is there a way to force a refresh of the cache like there is for Open
DNS?

The 800# support line for google DNS is worthless for anyone but
newbies.

And I forgot to add:
I believe that because google DNS thought that my e-commerce site was non-existant due to the DNS not updating correctly, it killed my search results for my business name in a Google Search

A search for my business does not show my domain any more.

This is "evil"

You forgot to mention the domain name :)

Randy, thanks for providing the names that were having problems. The
cached entries for them were flushed yesterday. (No, there's currently
no interface for users to flush the cache for names.)

The TTLs for the names themselves are fairly short:

www.dejabags.com. 3600 IN CNAME dejabags.com.
dejabags.com. 3600 IN A 97.74.96.1

The problem was, the delegation information (from the global top-level
domain servers) is, and presumably was, very long-lived:

$ dig +nostats @d.gtld-servers.net www.dejabags.com

; <<>> DiG 9.4.3-P3 <<>> +nostats @d.gtld-servers.net www.dejabags.com
; (1 server found)
;; global options: printcmd
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 5104
;; flags: qr rd; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 0, AUTHORITY: 2, ADDITIONAL: 2
;; WARNING: recursion requested but not available

;; QUESTION SECTION:
;www.dejabags.com. IN A

;; AUTHORITY SECTION:
dejabags.com. 172800 IN NS ns25.domaincontrol.com.
dejabags.com. 172800 IN NS ns26.domaincontrol.com.

;; ADDITIONAL SECTION:
ns25.domaincontrol.com. 172800 IN A 216.69.185.13
ns26.domaincontrol.com. 172800 IN A 208.109.255.13

Once Google Public DNS (or any resolver) sees delegation information
like that, it can (and should) remember it for days. So, yes, Google
Public DNS was still using the old nameservers; but the information
that it should be using the old nameservers was still valid.

Yesterday's flush got rid of both the cached entries and the cached
delegation information.

As to your other point: Google web search doesn't use Google Public
DNS. The problem (obsolete delegation information) would have affected
all search engines. (If you're having trouble getting your site
crawled by Google, I recommend using Google Webmaster Tools.) The good
news is, the old delegation information has presumably expired by now,
for Google and other search engines.

Hope this helps. --PSRC

I also need to have my DNS flushed.
MyDealerLot.com should be:  198.50.203.226

Everyone else has updated.
