SERVFAIL on only one A record on the domain

Hi

We have problems with getting Google DNS to resolve an A record on one domain.

When making a DIG we get a SERVFAIL, but only on this A record.

Other records on the domain does not fail.

Other A records on the domain works fine.

Ex. www.mrcal365.com and o2.sendgrid.mrcal365.com are resolving just fine.

Can you please help us understand why?

I just checked and we resolve data.mrcal365.com to 5.179.84.164. Are you still having this issue? And which location do you experience this?

I get the correct answer now as well, but for the last 2-3 hours I got a SERVFAIL.

We have not made any change on our DNS, so how come it failed?

Can you see anything in your logs?

We are located in Copenhagen Denmark.

We have just found another domain as well.

The domain  se.anovelka.com  is also giving us a SERVFAIL on Google DNS.

Another record on the same domain  no.anovelka.com  is working just fine.

Now we have found the same issue on another domain we are hosing.

When testing  se.anovelka.com  we also get a SERVFAIL.

But another A record on the same domain,  no.anovelka.com  are working fine.
