sexual descrimination on google play why is allowed??

on much aplications like social conecting w,when you have to make a profile it appears at gender male and female !! where is the trans section ?? meanwhile countrys accepted us as gender x on passports and id cards .but google allows the apps on hes platform to erase as as persons because we dont fit as male or females
