It strikes me that this game will be won on verification algorithms
processing large amounts of raw submissions data. This data will be
flying over multiple networks, open and closed, in multiple syntaxes,
systematic and informal. Well structured data is a must for winning
strategies. Like with ARPANET the protocol makes the network.
I propose a project to document emerging data standards and network
protocols. This can be equal parts descriptive and proscriptive.
Does someone want to take this on. Perhaps a wiki?
