Can't read it at night, and hard to read at all.  Hope you're having better luck.
Hoping to come to discussion.  My main question for the meeting is.....
How similar the situation in Cali, Columbia was back a while? From the outside it sounded pretty similar, with lack of stability, everyone at risk, bodyguards, etc...

I lived just outside Juarez and used to roam around the city night
after night without any cncern at all. I never had a problem. The
sadness if Juarez is due to the US corporation putting toxic
smeltering plants there because f no environmental regulations.
