Hi,

NCBI is switching from HTTP to HTTPS by the end of September.

Adjusting the PubCrawler Webservice to this happened last week but did not go without a few glitches.

First the links from the results page did not work because they had the wrong port (80) specified.

To retrieve those hits either wait for the next scheduled run or start your queries manually and then download previous hits via the link labelled 'X-day old hits'.

Another problem affected runs carried out on a subset of our servers where queries resulted in messages like this:

Can't verify SSL peers without knowing which Certificate Authorities to trust

This has been fixed now and your results will show up properly the next time your queries are executed.
