Improved neighbour searches interface

At the end of 2008 the web interface to PubCrawler received an upgrade
thanks to voluntary contributions by Gill Bejerano and Dave Bristor at
Stanford.
These comprised, amongst others, the following changes in the
interface for setting up queries:
- fixed spilling of queries out of small horizontal space assigned to
them
- added more expansive, friendlier input box for neighbour searches
- added auto-sorting of entries in neighbour query by ID number and
silent elimination of duplicates
- added PubMed neighbour display that shows author/titles for each
PMID and contains a link to PubMed
Many thanks to Gill and Dave - their additions lead to an enhanced
PubCrawler experience to all users and are greatly appreciated!
