Loss of format in e-mailed results

It was noticed that PubCrawler results sent by e-mail were sometimes
not formatted in the specified way.
After fixing this another bug became apparent: those members who
didn't specify any formatting at all were sometimes sent their results
as stripped-down plain text e-mails.
This has now been fixed as well.

Unfortunately, this bug was not fully fixed and some users received
HTML code in their e-mailed results.
This issue has now been resolved and the corrected results (for today,
Friday 21st Nov) have been sent out.
