Looking for a pub-sub person to do a simple PHP job

We are looking for someone with experience of PubSubHubBub to do a
very simple front-end in PHP for a specific project to test PUSH from
museums. We are also looking to implement some form of filtering into
the subscribe bit. Money is from a US grant, so it will be in $s.
