This develops reciprocal relationships which in turn boosts organizational productivity.
Participative Management(PM) and evolving democracies.
1. PM overcomes dysfunctions of hierarchies which impedes development administration of developing countries. Instead of red tape it facilitates red carpet for organizational functioning.

However, inspite of above advantages democratic structures in developing countries are only possible if there is adequate political will, less bureaucratic resistance, balanced polity, capacity building through ways such as sensitivity training , favourable attitude of management. For all this, timely adminitrative reform is must.
