Public Administration answer writing

Dear Sirs and Madam,

I am also having Public Administration as optional for CSE'19. Am unable to start the subject and very much inconclusive that how to proceed for something substantial output. The detail roadmap or insights will be great help with respect to this optional subject preparation for Main Perspective.

First you study about the thinkers of various eras in chapter 2 of paper-1. Try to understand their theory and basic concepts. Then u can move to other chapters.
