V.A gracunas formulated the cross relationship formula which examine no of relationship between superior and subordinate .
According to him " no of subordinate increase arithmetically and relations between superior and subordinate increase geometrically
Which means in simple terms if superior handle 6 subordinate then relationship between them is 222 times.

Still His formula has not been proved but today increase intra and inter relationship in organizations
