Activities Performed -
· Responsible for promotional activity for the project team among all the builders, architects, retailers of location & agents of the branded company.
· Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
· Negotiate on the rate of quoted price of the property.
Operational/Business Responsibility -
· Responsible for collection of data from high value car dealers, sales data, agents of branded company and Business Process Outsource (B.P.O.).
· Brief them about our various projects.
· Tie-up with the builders and negotiate with dealers for the commission.
· Negotiate on the rate of quoted price of the property and commission.
· Take the clients for the site visit.
· Constant Interaction with dealers.
· Take care of corporate presentations, proposals and approach papers for the customer.
· Tie-up with the corporate clients who are seeking for the property.
· Provide profile of the builders to the clients.
· Provide best commission from the market to the company.
· Ensure detailed study of the area.
· Survey the site before the deal is finalized.
· Look for the future value of the property, the area and the industry.
· Handover the detail to the concerned head.
