Why were we founded?
Spire Research and Consulting was established to address a gap in the research and consulting industry in the Emerging Markets. Most market research agencies focus on traditional consumer research. Our founders saw a profound need for customized research projects that integrate traditional customer research with knowledge of the broader business eco-system - competitors, channels, legal and regulatory factors - and then using that research to support strategic decision-making for market growth and entry. What to expect:
Consultant will:-
* be involved in all aspects of project management, which span research design, primary and secondary data collection, data analysis, development of strategic recommendations, report writing and presentations;
* work with Spire's Associates in India and other parts of Asia to meet project objectives, as well as develop Market Environment Research and Consulting reports;
* be required to travel extensively across the globe

What we require:
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
* Keen interest in business-oriented research and consulting;
* Strong analytical skills, good general business knowledge, and ability to communicate with people;
* Must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or other relevant field;
* Must have a master's degree in business or any related fields;
* Have a valid passport valid for at least 1 year
* Must be comfortable with travelling to international locations
* Excellent command of English and the ability to work on Microsoft Office applications.
* Must be based in the Delhi/ National Capital Region.
