Designation 1          -           Research Associate

Job Profile                -           to identify need in a B2B environment thru primary & secondary research,

Salary                        -           10 K with a Fixed of 8 K and a Performance Linked Variable of  2 K , in addition to which we have Incentives.

 

Typically Team Members migrate from Research Associate to Business Analyst over 4 – 6 months, which also gives them a growth and time to cope with the learning curve.

 

Designation 2                      -           Business Analyst

Job Profile                            -           explore the need and land a technology solution in relevance to the need while engaging with the CXO’s in the entity and are Technology Domain Experts, pre-dominantly we hire Engineers or people with experience here.

Salary            -           12 – 15K, with again an 80:20 Fixed and Variable + Incentives.
