Dear Commissioner,

Please see enclosed scanned copy of the advertisement in the Times of India dated 5 July 2012 (page 16) inviting suggestions for revised CDP for 2041 under JNNURM.  The suggestions are required by Pune Municipal Corporation by 2 July, the text in the advertisement is dated 3 July and the advertisement has appeared on 5 July 2012.

The PMC obviously does not want public participation. Then why spend for the cost of the advertisement?

No need to worry, it is only a small typo! Since the suggestions invited are for CDP for 2041, I am sure the suggestions are to be submitted by 2nd July 2021, not 2012 !!
