Major Updates (Dec 21, 2015) 4 comments

UPDATE:

Hi, as a reminder, if you wish to receive my Pipeline Data updates and don't have an account at Seeking Alpha, you can email me your contact information at ma...@pipelinedatallc.com.

Please accept my sincerest apologies, but please try to understand that I am not here to discuss any other business.

On a personal note, in my personal investment account, I doubled my position in GLUU today. In my ROTH IRA account, I increased my position in MATR by 150% today. These positions are subject to change without notice, but at this particular moment, I have no intention to decrease either position.

As always, I remain of the belief that nothing I say (or don't say) can ever change the value of a COMPANY. Thus, when the value of company's STOCK moves in a puzzling manner, I always view it as a possible opportunity.

Kindest Regards,

Mark G.

Let's see here. So MG reduced the PTT allocation in GLUU at the bottom of the R/R chart, and now that the KPP is struggling and the pps has tanked he is doubling down based on the sound value of the company (which, if we do the math, means he's allocated more than 10%, which is not per the Methodology). This is the kind of crap that's always annoyed me about PTT. I can understand changing position size, but the explanations for doing so never add up. No wonder people begin to suspect his real motives.

Mark has posted his entire portfolio I order of holding on SA for free.

Wonderful. There is no reason to have a PTT subscription at this point.

yah that is not good , FIT was released only to PTT-R subscribers @31 and now it is made public @ 28 , similarly RDCM is released to SA members . Now general public is getting the picks free of cost for which i paid 5000$ lifetime subscription fees.

Mark- Things dont add up !!!!

Capricorn,

I'm just trying to keep everyone updated and can not do so via PTTResearch.com right now. Unfortunately, that means that I have two options:

1. sending info to the general public
2. not sending any updates at all

Again, I'M SORRY, but I'm doing all I can. It would be much easier for me to just walk away, but that's not how I conduct myself.

PLEASE try to trust that I'm doing all I can and making the best decisions possible. If a majority of members prefer that I no longer post public updates, just let me know and I will comply (and delete the portfolio listing).

I wish I could prove that everything I'm doing is for the customers, but I can't for now. In the meantime, PLEASE try to cut me a little slack until you hear the whole story. After that, you have the rest of your life to persecute me if you think I deserve it.

Honestly, helping to contain the angst will go a LONG way toward keeping me focused on getting things cleared up. I'm only human. The encouragement I've received has been motivating, but the ridicule is weighing on me. Everyone has a breaking point and I may be the only thing standing between readers and a resolution, because PTT is an LLC with a structure that will leave everyone (except maybe lawyers) with nothing if I break down and walk away.

I understand your frustrations, but PLEASE try to read what I've said and understand it from my perspective. Make no mistake, I understand it from yours (you have no idea)...

Kindest Regards,

Mark G.

Mark,
I appreciate your dedication and continued willingness to calmly and rationally engage with the most vocal and angry subset of subscribers. I sincerely hope you can find a resolution that allows you to offer your analysis at least to lifetime subscribers in a less hostile environment. While I must admit my confidence is shaken, I remain hopeful that you will find a resolution, even if it means the service dramatically changes in form.

We should all show some more support to Mark through this situation. In my opinion, the fact that he come and join this group is the biggest proof of his implication and his desire to find the best solution for all of us. Mark, you have all my support and gratitude for what you are doing for us and please keep us on touch!

Happy Holidays,

Mathieu

Mark , thanks for understanding the frustration and acknowledging it - Since we dont know your side of story there is nothing but we can trust you till the whole story unfolds. atleast you are communicating something as compared to K-brothers who are silent.

I hope you can sort it out with them specially for loyal lifetime subscribers ( and its not just about the 5k$ i paid at that time for "lifetime subscription" , it was about the trust i had on you and i dint knew much about K-bros)

btw lifetime subscription should be renamed as "unlimited" , word lifetime subscription associate a lot of emotions and trust, reaction you see here is more emotional

anyways all i can say is "happy holidays" , hope all of us can come out of this.

cheers
Capricorn

I don't have any problem with the public notifications. It was clearly stated from the beginning of PTT that information would eventually be shared with the general public. No one can predict short term price movement, especially when management teams drop the occasional secondary offering bomb on shareholders and analysts alike. We pay for the analysis, not the timing.

Mark,

first of all i want to say Happy New Year and i hope your holidays were grand considering...hey, i can't pretend to know what you are going through, just like you can't really know how we are all feeling...but i can say one thing for sure, i'm glad to see that your willing to do all that you can for us your PTT Research customers considering the circumstances...i think you know that you have a lot of people still counting on you (in a good way)...i know it could be so much easier for you to throw in the towel and just walk away, but as you said that's not how you conduct yourself and i believe you...just remember, the encouragement that you have been receiving through emails as well as from everyone that i have seen on this group, the blogs and the forum will always outweigh any and all of the negativity that might be weighing on you...so hang in the kiddo we have a new year ahead of us

may i suggest...you said there were only two options when it comes to updating everyone:

1. sending info to the general public
2. not sending any updates at all

why not put option 3 on the table and update everyone right here in this Google Group...that way we're still private and not so public??

it's just a thought

Cheers, Dale
