They shut down the website. So much for them doing the right thing eh? I feel bad for the chap that just got charged a full year a few days ago.

New year gift from PTT research. it keep on getting worst. shutdown of website and forum without informing the subscribers. technically we may not be getting the new content but what about the previous newsletters which everyone paid for...anyway they dont care...

Maybe on Monday it is time to call the Texas and Austin Attorney General. If we do is it the consumer protection department. One or two calls will do nothing but if they are swamped with calls we might get satisfaction,

My guess is there must be something significant with this day to be chosen. Probably for the day one subs will fall into a lenth of service protocol that will indemnify the Karnell from any responsibility. I do not have any inkling what liability a limited liability corporation is on the hook for, but I would guess that The Karnell brothers? Father son? I am sure if there was one thing that they researched it was how to mitigate a financial responsibility.

Interesting note, Montext.com isn't up anymore either. If you Google montext virtually every website related to it is down.

Sure they have put it back on to mitigate pursuit... Keeps everyone talking rather than take action... PTT was pretty bogus close to the beginning .., still have my complaint e.mails to the Karnell bros. somewhere. These guys should be investigated.

Apparently it was a DDoS attack at a network level and took some time to sort out. A number of provider website and other types system where impacted.
You can spend millions to prevent this, but it is never a 100% guarantee and the "bad guys" are hard to trace. But who cares about the PTT site since MG is not posting their.
