Subject: 6th and 7th Grade Pool Party

Calling all 6th and 7th grade parents. 

 

Thursday, May 31st is the last day of school and the 6th and 7th grade pool party.  PTS is seeking volunteers to help set up and serve lunch at the pool.   We need one volunteer to pick up pizza in Chico and bring it to the pool at 11:15 am.  We need three volunteers to set up and clean up the lunch starting at 10:45 am.    We are also requesting donations of the following items for the lunch.

 

185 paper cups

185 paper plates

185 napkins

 

2 - 5 pound (Costco size) containers of Country Time Lemonade mix

10 - Watermellons, Cut-Up

15 - Dozen Brownies or Cookies
