Christmas Boutique

It's hard to believe that Christmas Boutique is less than 2 weeks away! We are still in need of donations for our little shoppers to purchase during this fun event! We are seeking new, gently used or crafted items. All donated items can be dropped off at the DES office through December 13th, however the sooner the better so we can inventory the number of donations we receive.

We still have a couple of slots left to Christmas Boutique helpers. This is one of the best volunteer opportunites of the year. Watching the kids carefully consider each option in order to select the very best present for their loved ones is incredibly heartwarming. Another successful Christmas Boutique is in the books! The kids had a wonderful time shopping for the people on their lists and are always so excited to explain who each gift is for! It is truly a precious experience to be a part of this event! We would like to thank everybody that donated items and the volunteers who spent hours setting-up and helping students pick that perfect gift. It is an honor to be a part of such a wonderful community that pulls together to keep this tradition going! Happy Holidays!
