As Taylor & Francis kindly reminded me of, there are still some free eprint copies left of my translation of Franz von Kutschera's paper ‘Ein verallgemeinerter Widerlegungsbegriff für Gentzenkalküle’ (A Generalized Notion of Refutation for Gentzen Calculi), which was published in German in 1969.
