to PTP and GMYC species delimitation

Dear all,

I have a question regarding running bPTP and GMYC methods on a large dataset (2300 sequences in my case). When I tested these methods on a smaller dataset, the results were excellent. However, when I applied them to the larger dataset, both analyses returned no results.

If anyone can offer assistance, I would be very grateful.

Thank you

You should try mPTP which is much much faster and will scale to such
large datasets,
