splits R package

Hello everybody,

My version of R is the last version available (3.6.3 for Catalina). I am trying to run the GMYC analyses, but the "splits" package is not work because is not available for this R version.

What can I do?

Anyone can help me?

Hi Mariana,

Did you try the command with type="source"?

install.packages(“splits”, repos=”http://R-Forge.R-project.org“, type=”source”)

Also, the install.packages command sometime don't work on Mac R console. If you see that problem, just start R from Terminal and run the install.packages.
