Dear all,

I have a question regarding viewing GMYC results on a large dataset. My dataset is too large to view the MOTU clustering in the tree (the tree is so compact that the clustering can't be seen). I haven't found any other options to view the clustering. Is there another way for me to view this clustering based on GMYC?

If anyone can offer assistance, I would be very grateful.

Thank you.

Dear Jamsari,

Are you referring to visualizing the delimited tree?

If so, could you please send me the output tree file you are trying to
visualize (to my personal email if you like)?
