Dear colleagues,

I've tried running PTP online several times. I used a Newick file as the input file. Each time, it failed (the system displayed the message: "Something is wrong, please check your input file; if this problem persists, please contact us with your job ID!").
Please help me resolve this issue.

Please send me your Newick file, it's typically an issue with the Newick
file format and/or the taxon names.
