Hello Personal Telco,
 
I am a GIS Analyst with City of Portland Planning & Sustainability.  I received a request from one of our Urban Design Planners to map your information.
Would you be willing to share your list? (I can take an excel table with addresses (business name and address separate) or GIS shapefile)
If you can provide the data, I would also need text language that properly describes the data and acknowledges your organization as the source to put on any maps.
