I would suggest some place that Matt and Sam can get to easily.
I have corresponded a bit with the vendor coordinator lady, Ronna Seavey, but I think it was a mistake to ask the vendor coordinator whether we need to have a vendor permit... That is how she sees the world, so naturally she'll say we need a permit.
I can't see a rational basis for needing a vendor permit, and so far she hasn't been able to give me an explanation, so I think we can proceed on the assumption that we don't need one. If anybody hassles you for hanging around somewhere, just move on.
I am going to be occupied on Sunday, but if people want to get together on Saturday to put together the mobile hotspot kit, maybe we could do that sometime on Saturday. What do you think?
In front of Beulahland. Or inside(?). Sunny and warm, tables on sidewalk are awesome. Sky pilots on roof work well. Good tubes.
Wednesday at Beulahland for meeting - a suggestion - as needed. But, Saturday at either n.w. or s.e. Lab works well.
I am not available after 3pm on Saturday. We could do kit rigging at my house, where I have tools and materials. I'll have to confirm, but maybe noonish?
Cool - bring them rolled-up and rubber banded. Like before. I can saddle-bag them home. On bike.
