This is the official 30+ day notice of the Annual Members Meeting.
This meeting is the time when members gather to elect the Board of
Directors. Two positions are up for election this year, their two year
terms concluding. These positions are currently held by Russell Senior
(myself) and Ted Brunner (not myself). Jason Bergstrom is the other
member of the Board of Directors, and their term ends in 2023.

In order to vote in the election, you must become a member of the
Personal Telco Project by the June Monthly Meeting:

Nominations are now open for the two Board of Directors positions!
