ANNOUNCEMENT: Annual Members Meeting and Board of Directors election coming soon!

Hi folks, and particularly, Members of the Personal Telco Project. The Monthly Meeting in July is when we have traditionally held our Annual Members Meeting. The most significant event of this meeting is to elect members of the Board of Directors. This year, the position currently held by Jason Bergstrom is up for election by the Members. You must be a Member to vote, and further, you must be a Member by the June Monthly Meeting, on June 28, in two weeks in order to vote at the meeting in July.

Nominations for the Board of Directors position are now open.

The Annual Members Meeting will be held at the Lucky Lab on NW Quimby on July 26. This email constitutes and fulfills our obligation to provide 30-day advance notice of the meeting. More details on voting procedures can be found in the mailing list archives from past years, and will be reiterated within the coming weeks. In short, you generally must be present to vote. If you can't be present, you may provide a written proxy to someone who will be present. So, start making arrangements now!
