I fired up the jitsi server again! The TLS certificate had expired
while the VM was shutdown, but after a few minutes the certbot (or
equivalent) did its thing and updated the cert and so the service
seems to be working.

The plan for this month, discussed at the meeting last week, was to
meet this week online, next week in person, third week is no meeting
and the fourth week is also no meeting due to the proximity of fowl
day, for those who celebrate. Gobble-gobble. To compensate, we'll meet
into December for as long as enthusiasm persists before we take the
traditional holiday hiatus through the remainder of December.

Also, note the meeting start time is 5:30 Pacific STANDARD Time. Make
sure you have adjusted your clocks from Daylight Savings TIme!

We have traditionally started our online meetings at 5:30. I think the
original reason was to make it easier on Tomas, joining from the east
coast, but also I think we delay in-person meetings to 6:30 to dodge
rush hour traffic, which isn't an issue with online meetings. All of
these traditions are, of course, negotiable. Please bring it up if you
want to change!
