Hello, All.

We have arrived safely in France after a VERY short night on the
ferry. We were at Omaha Beach and the American Cemeterytoday. It was
very moving. A wreath was placed at the base of the monument and then
the Star Spamgled Banner was played. That was followed by Taps and a
minute of silence. The kids were great. We found out later that only
a few delegations get to have the flower ceremony.

We head off to Paris tomorrow. Everyone is looking forward to it. it
is a very new experience for many to now be in a country where we do
not speak the language or at least not fluently. We have pretty well
conquered Merci, Bon Jour, and Au Revoir. Our manager is giving us a
French lesson tomorrow on the coach ride to Paris. I hope we are all
fast learners.

Everyone is doing well. So far no one is I'll and we hope it stays
that way. Everyone is tired so all are tucked in to bed early.

We will update you again when we have WiFi the next time. We will see
you in less than a week now!

Nancy and Ginnie
