Glad to know that you are using ptopw. Thanks for contributing to the markdown file. If you have a github account, you can update it and submit a pull request. 

I only uploaded the code of the power profiler to github. You may want to download the dll project from my dropbox. Also, I will clean the codes and upload the other sub-projects after I finished my dissertation.

I compiled ptopw on my windows system, and shall now be able to control how much energy I use in my code :-)

I noted that you have an empty markdown file, let me complete it on base of your readme.txt (in attachment)
