Draft Program Sheet and Meeting Officer List for upcoming year

Dear all,

I drafted a new Program sheet for us to use for the upcoming meetings for our club. Please take a look and email me if any changes is necessary.

Also i came up with the new meeting officer schedule, following up on the exco meeting we had. Share your thoughts.

A couple of rules i would like to suggest:

1. Keep to your schedule, only swapping will be entertained.

2. If you can't organise on your meeting date, swap with someone but do inform Thiru so he can make the changes on it for everyone's awareness.

Both of these documents will go up in the new Dropbox i will be creating for the Exco.
