We appreciate all the help your centre has provided us these past few months.

In reply to Ken's query, we arent having a meeting on 25th dec. We have decided to meet at a member's house for a gathering.

Yes, we do still owe you for the cost of the venue. I tried to pay on tues at my last meeting but since it was run by volunteers that day we were unable to do so. Could I pop by next week to settle it?

We have and will continue to follow any guidelines your centre might have for our continued friendship and rental of the room. Thanks for sharing and we will comply. :)

Could I also enquire kindly if we can continue to utilise the venue for the coming months as well as we keep up our search for a more permanent location?

They are unable to commit to our meetings for the month of January and February for now.

We will desperately need to find for an alternative venue for the next two meetings at least for now. Anyone with suggestions please do bring it up.

DO NOTE our funds are currently stretched. We have to stretch our dollar and if we can get a place free, that would be best.

The condo compound that I live in has a small function room which can hold about 20 people. It isn't a very big room and can probably accommodate only 1 rectangular table. Hence, I hadn't suggested using it before. However, if there is an urgent need for an alternative venue, I gladly offer the place for our meeting use.

My address is: 109 Tampines Road, Fortune Park, (S)535131, which is actually a 10 minute walk away from Kovan MRT station. Do let me know what you think. In fact, I have just reserved the room for next Tues 14 Jan and Wed 29 Jan (is this the date of our second meeting in Jan or is it 22 Jan?) just in case someone else goes to book it first.
