Dear exco,
We are unable to book a venue at all from Punggol CC, for the upcoming meeting, 9th July, in spite of me asking for a different venue or a different date. Please look thru the correspondence below.
Anyone has a suggestion?
Needing to hear more options as I am worried the only option is to cancel the upcoming meeting to find a venue for the next. (It should only be a last choice, as it isn't fair to our members if we do not at least try to get a place first)
This might be our most trying issue to face for this term but TOGETHER I believe we can handle this.
Please please reply. All our input is necessary.

There is a Children Art course at Room #02-05, there is no room available on Tuesday night, the Conference Room is not open for booking except to GROs meeting, most of the week day evening are unavailable except Saturday and Sunday. The booking rate of $30.00 is a special arrangement by the Management Committee.
As I mentioned to Mavis in the early email, if the Conference Room is unavailable for TMC, you may consider to book other room, subject to availability of the room.

Thanks William for the quick reply.
We totally understand the need for national interests/needs taking priority and are more than willing to take up a smaller venue in the meantime while the room is occupied.
If we could perhaps utilise room 02-05 in the meantime or be told which other day of the week we could use either the conference room or 02-05, we will try to do our part by facilitating the changes.
Appreciate any form of assistance you can give us for this sir.

Dear Mr William,
Let me introduce myself. My name is Thiru, and I have taken over from Mavis as the president for Punggol Toastmasters Club.
I understand the resource constraints with booking a venue for our club meetings. We are currently undergoing talks with Mr Dennis Foo of PA, interest groups and are looking at alternate venue options.
In the meantime, while action is being taken, could we please request for a venue for the next few meetings for the club to tide and assist the changes. Our next meeting is on the 9th of July Tuesday.
We thank you for your kind support these many years for us as an interest group of the community and look forward to a great working relationship for the new few months.

Temporary Options can think of:
1) Meeting day change to Saturday if CC can provide the room..
2) Joint meeting with any other club
3) Anyone staying condiminium can help to book their function room (like what IPA is doing)
