Items to take note

SAA

• Violet has stated that she want to stay in to hear all the speeches; hence unlikely to be placed her at the waiting room
• Ramana had agreed tentatively to be SAA . He can only confirm his attendance on 2 Mar 14

In the event if Ramana cant make it, I will volunteer to be SAA at the waiting room 
Patricia, can you help to monitor the situation inside the contest room?

• Alamel had agreed to bought drink.
